Robin opened Mid-Florida Agencies after many years in the insurance industry. She lives locally here in Central Florida. Robin works at The Villages location and genuinely enjoys her work. She is a proud parent of two daughters and proud owner of the office greeter and head of security, Bendel Blue (Cockapoo).
Bendel was born in Tampa, FL. He is one year old and is head of security here at Mid-Florida Agencies. Stop in anytime to visit our office mascot and throw the ball with him. That is his favorite toy, aside from his yellow ducky.
MIMI is in charge of office administration, and she joined the team in 2006. Mimi is not only Robin and Nikki’s mother she is the proud Grandmother of 4 wonderful grandkids and 6 beautiful great grandkids 3 girls and 3 boys all live here in Central FL.
Alisa joined the team of Mid-Florida Agencies in 2019 as the receptionist. She has been a friend of the family for years.
She graduated from Tavares High School in 2019, and she is currently pursuing a career in the insurance industry. In her free time, she can be found at the beach, spending time with family or traveling.
She looks forward to meeting new people and helping clients with their health insurance needs every day throughout her career.
Samantha graduated from UCF in 2014 with her Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. She lives in Ocala with her husband Dan, daughter Charlotte (born in 2021) and son Max (born in 2022). Samantha is Robins daughter and has grown up learning about the industry her entire life. Samantha started with Mid Florida Agencies in 2016 and has found the perfect combination of an exciting career and being in the family business.
Nikki has been in the healthcare business for over ten years as a Medical Assistant. She is Robin's sister (and Mimi's daughter). She is proud mother of 2 and proud grandmother of 2. She enjoys helping people figure out how insurance works.
Leonel started with Mid-Florida Agencies in April 2016. Leonel and his wife have a baby boy born in 2019. Before going into insurance in 2015, Leonel was in construction and has always worked in The Villages area. When Leonel is not helping people, he spends time with his family and loves to travel to the mountains, and he also loves fishing. Helping folks with insurance is his passion, and he plans to stay with Mid-Florida Agencies until he retires.
Robert has over 28 years of business and account management experience, which he brings to the health insurance business. Robert is the proud parent of a daughter, Robin, and is married to Laura Buckmann, the Network Manager for Florida Blue. As you can tell, we love keeping it in the family!
Alyssa is a Florida native, born and raised in Leesburg. She became an agent with us in October of 2020 and is one of the youngest on the MFA team. Before making the transition into the insurance business, she worked for The Villages Entertainment handling Special Event Services. She has always loved working with people and has a passion for helping others. When the workday ends, she goes home to her two adorable goldendoodles, Munson and Argyle.
Kevin became an agent for Mid-Florida Agencies in March of 2020. Before this, he was a Special Events Coordinator for The Villages Entertainment since 2013. He is the father of two boys, loves being helpful, and is excellent at solving problems.
Renata moved from Colorado to Florida in 2007. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master of Education degree and from the University of Colorado with a triple undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Geography, and Fine Arts. Renata has been in the insurance business since 1999. In her spare time, she likes to travel, especially on cruise ships. She also enjoys golfing, swimming, and boating. Renata cares greatly about her clients and is one of our top producing agents.
I joined Mid Florida Agencies in September of 2020 as a Licensed Insurance Agent for Health, Life and Annuity Products. My passion is to educate clients on the intricacies of health, dental, ancillary, life and annuity insurance products.
Prior to working at Mid Florida Agencies, I spent 31 years in Administration and Hospitality all over the country collaborating with clients from all levels of society. I have a strong understanding and sincere desire to make sure every client is heard and the reason I have continued to serve in positions that allow me to do so.

After retiring from being a Housewife and homeschooling Mom of four children, I joined the Mid-Florida team in July of 2021. I have been blessed with insurance coverage from Florida Blue since 2001, and have seen the industry first hand, from your perspective, as a client. I still believe that "the customer is always right" and strive to provide superior Client Service! When I’m not working, you can find me on a date night with my husband, galivanting with a grandchild on a “Grandma Day,” or tucked in a chair reading my Bible.
I have spent my entire working career, 38 years, in the Insurance Business with 35 years in Central Illinois, and the last 3 here in Florida. I owned my own Insurance Agency for 13 years. Insurance has been my passion for those past 38 years and I have enjoyed working with my clients to help them achieve their insurance goals.

When not working, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and traveling with my lovely wife, Mendy.
Kent has 14 years of experience in the insurance arena. His years have afforded him the ability to assist a multitude of clients in the annuity, life insurance, long-term care, and health insurance industry. His passion is assisting prospects/clients, determine what is best for them and drawing parallels to those needs and accommodating them with the correct product and/or plan. Kent has been married to his wife, Lesli, for over 38 years. They moved to Ocala, FL in 2020 from Hermosa Beach, CA.
Vince is a Florida native, born and raised in Fort Lauderdale Florida. He is a United States Marine Veteran. Vince became a Marine Sargent and served over 4 years of service. After relocating to Central Florida in 2016 he inquired his Insurance License in 2018. Vince is available in Lake, Marion, Sumter, Orange, Osceola, Hillsborough, and our newest location in Polk County. Vince loves helping as well as educating people on insurance and their options.
Cole is the newest member to the MFA family but has been part of the family his whole life! Cole is Robins nephew and Anitra's son. Cole lives in Leesburg with his wife Alex, daughter Izzy (born in 2018) and son Colton (born in 2023). The thing Cole is most proud of at this point is his 6 years serving his country in the Military. This is also how he met his wife. With such a strong Military background, Cole is now focused on continuing to serve his fellow Americans with all of their Health Insurance Needs. Cole is here for the long haul, and we are extremely excited to welcome him!

Jim joined Mid Florida Agencies in 2022- as a customer! With 40 years of customer service experience, Jim was so impressed with our team that he became a Licensed Insurance Agent with one goal in mind - put that experience to work here.
Jim has a long history of community service - from scoutmaster to little league coach, church elder to The Villages Homeowners Advocates (VHA). He enjoys singing, walking, and card games with friends.
Jim and his wife Susan have been married 40 years and moved to The Villages in 2021. Son Matt lives with them in Newell: Son bill and his wife Kristen are on Long Island with Lucas - Their first grandchild!
